TenderPulse AI is an AI-assisted solicitation review tool designed for commercial electrical and mechanical/HVAC trade subcontractors. It does not constitute legal, financial, or formal bidding advice. Automated submittal matrix extraction and Go/No-Go risk flags assist pre-construction review but do not guarantee complete accuracy. Subcontractors must independently verify all submittal requirements against official procurement documents before submitting binding commercial bids.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TenderPulse AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or commercial trade entity, you represent that you have authority to bind such entity.
2. Subscription Plans & Team Seat Usage
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selected tier (Starter: 1 Seat, Pro: 4 Seats, Agency: 11 Seats). Organization owners are responsible for maintaining accurate team invitations and complying with plan seat thresholds.
3. Corporate Invoicing & Payment Terms
Invoicing requests are processed upon receipt. Payment links and monthly tax invoices issued under Corporate Invoicing Mode are due upon presentation. Failure to remit payment within 14 days of invoicing may result in temporary suspension of AI proposal features.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenderPulse AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, missed submission deadlines, lost bid opportunities, or commercial disqualifications arising from the use of automated solicitation extraction services.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable corporate laws. Any legal proceedings shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
